Sales Development Representative
Position Overview
Pixel Canvas is looking for a “Hunter” type of Sales Account Executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships and drives the revenue growth at Pixel Canvas. You’ll develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads, meet leads, and close new accounts.
Being a key rock star in the Sales Team, you’re always looking for new potential leads, and are comfortable building relationships with them. You know how to eliminate competitive threats within our customer base, navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision makers, including the “C Suite”.
The Sales Team works closely with the CEO, and will close the deal and support Account Directors to ensure the smooth transition of the client projects, and that clients are satisfied. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and adhere to a Sales Plan around the acquisition of new clients, including:
- Prospecting for new business,
- Profiling strategies (Precision targeting at an industry, vertical, and product levels),
- Campaign and offer engineering
- Pipeline prioritization
- Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness.
- Proficient in attracting RFPs and facilitating the entire proposal process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Sell to multiple levels of an organization, with a strong emphasis on executive-level relationships.
- Prepare, manage and present sales reports that track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities.
- Prepare, review and present proposals, reports, and ROI calculations with clients.
- Track and record client data, relevant business metrics, pipeline opportunities, ongoing communication, and service changes in the CRM system.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to:
- Grow, retain and satisfy existing client base,
- Analyze and resolve diverse, complex, and technical issues and client conflicts via an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, industry, and technical interfaces,
- Facilitate a positive on-boarding experience for new clients,
- Optimize campaigns for greater results and longevity.
- Support finance and compliance policies, such as payment terms, collections, invoicing, and contracts.
- Keep abreast of products, industry pricing, and competitive trends in the metaverse, blockchain, virtual events, eCommerce, gaming, and interactive social platform industries.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training seminars, and workshops. Constantly acquire better solution selling skills.
- Potential travel to clients, prospects, industry conferences, and events 1 – 2 times per month. (While we strongly support the need for work-life balance.)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota carrying sales experience achieving/exceeding goal.
- Must have recent and significant experience managing a personal quota selling consulting services, software, and/or SaaS to C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Must be comfortable calling on C-level executives of Fortune 1000 companies. This is a B2B2C sale. Deals average from $100k to $1m+. Sales cycles vary depending upon the client but are expected to close $500k/quarter in gross revenues. Once you close the deal, then you get to hand it off to an amazing global account success management team so you can go hunt the next one. We need to hit lots and lots of new logos. You must be very good at navigating accounts to get to the key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated, effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills.
- Top-notch presentation skills. Creating an interactive presentation, which engages and welcomes client participation, is critical.
- Must be a “hunter.” While we will be providing leads, heavy concentration will be on prospecting and generating independent leads.
- Entrepreneurial mentality. Ability to learn and contribute quickly. A self-starter and results-oriented.
- Team player yet works autonomously. Be accountable and like to learn from your teammates, as well as build out the team and lead by example if needed.
- Must be excited, proactive, stimulated, and respectful when interacting with people in an international environment. Ideal candidates will need to interact with global organizations and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Solid computer skills. Firm knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheet, and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot). Knowledge of metaverse, web3, and blockchain is a plus.
- Must be based in Southern California, able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, and willing to travel 50% of the time.

The ideal candidate blends meaningful experience in performance marketing with a deep understanding of the many ways Freemium and product-led growth strategies can help drive not only demand creation, but also enhancements to the entire customer journey, user experience, and brand presence.
The Marketing Team is a key player for Pixel Canvas to steer the right course, and guide the Sales, Client Services, Tech, Product, and Operations teams to maximize profits and scalability. As an early member of the fast-growing start-up, you’ll lead cross-functionally to build and shape the overall marketing strategy and growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into analytical projects. Lead these projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, designs, sales, client services, business operations, data) to develop an analytics framework, standardized growth marketing metrics, and KPIs for the organization.
- Build dashboards and lead weekly pipeline, and monthly/quarterly business reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Establish positioning, identify potential customers/clients/users, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives (ex: acquisitions, retention…etc) across different channels and segments
- Analyze customers and users regarding insights, trends, feedback, and behaviors. Know how to leverage data and metrics, then execute testing plans to locate potential issues, optimize the user experience and platform performance, and improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct pricing research and market analysis, find/estimate potential competitors, then leverage the information to adjust marketing best practices and go-to-market strategies to maximize gains and market share
- Generate qualified leads and apply demand generation practices. Support the Sales Team to grow MRR, and develop sales funnels and scalable pipelines
- Manage all public-facing communications and copywriting, including content creation and marketing, social media, PR releases, websites, blogs, emails, promotional events, advertising, and all marketing-related campaigns to reinforce long-term brand objectives and drive qualified traffic
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, potential partners, agencies, and vendors
- Understanding the financial aspects – developing budgets, expenditures, R&D budgets, RoI, and profit-loss predictions
Qualifications
- Three (3) years (or equivalent) experience of growth, product, or campaign marketing experience in a SaaS environment working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience analyzing and testing data, demand generation, and user-centric marketing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be very data and metrics-driven. Able to synthesize raw data into meaningful campaign optimization strategies, and usable product or service specifications. Able to measure ROI and impact on the business
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Basic SQL scripting is a big plus
- Must have a strong working knowledge of marketing tools like Salesforce/Hubspot CRM, ABM ad technologies, sales tracking tools, etc.
- Strong project management, attention to detail, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients
- Experience in leveraging digital marketing, social, mobile, and new media to engage prospects.
- Able to travel and participate in events sometimes to support the Sales Team

Account Manager
Position Overview
Pixel Canvas is looking for an experienced Account Director to manage our high-profile, Fortune 500 enterprise clients. This is a highly technical, problem-solving, interactive role that requires significant attention to detail, and a proactive and collaborative attitude with internal and external constituents.
As the leader of the Client Services Team, you’ll work closely with Sale Account Executives to keep building on existing relationships and ensure customer satisfaction of all accounts. You’ll have an effective balance of sales, strategic planning, customer service, creativity, financial acumen, and managerial skills.
The Client Services Team serves as an important conduit for Pixel Canvas. It collects key insights from our clients and uses them to improve Pixel Canvas’s ongoing strategy and core products. The team will work cross-functionally with internal key stakeholders from across the business, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Tech, and Product Teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Executive on sales pipelines. Identify trends and customer needs, develop new opportunities, and facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
- Work with current financial clients daily, including demos, walk-thrus, and answering product/industry questions. Establish strong relationships, and provide services and solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction while meeting their KPI goals
- Manage multiple accounts on its health, customer loyalty, satisfaction, complaints, and problems. Oversee the success and activities to help solidify product value.
- Ensures the clients continually receive superior service, thinking, and quality from our company and that strategy, planning, programs, tactics, budgets, schedules, deliverables, creatives, documentation, and account profitability stay on track.
- Facilitate, organize and lead regular customer meetings, product feedback sessions, and quarterly business reviews. Effectively articulate value propositions, create interest and generate excitement through customer presentations
- Lead the Client Services Team by conducting weekly client calls, team meetings, quarterly reviews, and documentation of business use-cases to highlight account success, note ongoing initiatives and objectives, and prioritize workload
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver company business and revenue goals, and develop performance metrics and reports. Provide necessary tools and training to improve core expertise
- Identify key insights, client feedback, needs, and pain points to the Product Team to enhance existing products and drive user adoption rate.
- Work with analytics to monitor and analyze performance and reporting, as well as keep up with the industry trends and marketing activities to make informed client-facing recommendations and internal decisions regarding product and client services
- Work with Operations and Finance in building client billings, P&L, revenue forecasting, contract renewals, direct costs, and staging needs of each account. Work with Marketing to create joint partnership press releases.
- Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring that clients are satisfied with their business growth
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of previous and proven experience in digital account management where strict KPI goals have been met
- Strong written, and oral communication. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong background or deep understanding of the software technologies industry
- Significant experience in SaaS, Customer Service, Service Management, Client Relationship Management and Project Management in the tech industry
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects and thrive under pressure with excellent time management, budget control, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Be a “Trusted Advisor” externally and internally, and align product solutions and roadmap to address clients’ challenges and business initiatives.
- Customer-driven product thinking and ability to identify and prioritize product requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, project management, and reporting software, with an aptitude to learn new technologies and systems

Business Operations Associate
Position Overview
Pixel Canvas is looking for a strong operator who will assist on guiding key strategic initiatives and driving high-impact performance throughout Pixel Canvas, and support our ability to deliver the best product and fulfillment outcomes to our customers.
This is a 6-month temporary position, to potentially regular hire position.
In this high leverage position, you’ll report to the COO, as well as work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from across the business, including product, projects, engineering, sales, marketing, and client services. You’ll have hands-on experiences in company operations, such as HR, finance, accounting, vendors management, and legal.
As a core member of the Operations Team, you serve as the connective tissue of the organization, to drive cross-functional alignment, guiding and introduce processes to enable company growth, execution, and operational effectiveness at scale.

It supports the leadership and the organization to tackle critical business challenges by bringing a combination of strategy, structure, processes, and execution rigor. Job Responsibilities
- Support operating cadence of executive reviews, and weekly syncs. Update agenda, create reporting templates and documentations, track overall performance metrics
- Support the preparation and development of monthly MBRs, sales pipeline reviews, client reviews, product roadmap, team performance reviews, and business updates with senior leadership teams
- Create clear and organized documentations.
- Identify bottlenecks and problems. Build processes to maximize the efficiency to meet the business objectives
- Monitor daily operations, product and program management. Facilitate cross-functional department communication to ensure alignment of company-level initiatives, OKRs, and product roadmap
- Support with prioritization of initiatives, and the management of operational activities including workforce planning, budgeting, material and resources allocation across departments
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans. Create initiatives, and ensures the strategy and execution are in lock-step
- Support lead generation and sales prospecting
- Execute HR hiring plans. Implement onboarding, training, and offboarding procedures. Monitor timesheets and workforce, and provide constructive feedback for both employees and contractors. Supervise the Improvements of work environments, compliances, and company policies
- Monitor accounting and financial information. Assessing and analyzing operational and departmental budgets, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and recommending solutions that will improve company profitability
- Manage company legal and administrative matters, including coordinating with company lawyers, ensuring all legal compliances and company insurance status are up to date, managing company mails and government correspondence
- Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
- Identifying opportunities and industry trends to expand or shift the course of the product vision to take advantage of changes in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Technology, SaaS, eCommerce, Gaming, interactive platforms, Metaverse, and blockchain field
- Three (3) years experience of in workforce planning, managing internal and external stakeholders, and cross-functional business operations, particularly with Finance, HR, Legal, Product, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
- An MBA is preferred, not required
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups is a plus
- Strong financial analytical, modeling, budgeting, writing, and software skills (CRM, project management, accounting, hr related software)
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines, especially in Tech and SaaS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and know when to use leadership skills to influence all different types of people
- Strong adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
